Obviously he'd be under a fair bit of pressure atm , and not well disposed to FFX at all as the maintenance manager - with FFX claiming breakdowns of old equipment as one of the major cause of issues at the mine. But again - that wouldn't be on him, as he was obviously brought in to fix issues. As he was promoted to Assistant GM he must be doing things right at least. Pity we didn't have him a year earlier really.
