I just got my call, which ironically I had to pay for as a shareholder.
Told them I would be voting for all resolutions.
I reckon one or two might resign prior. If there see the writing on the wall, they will quit as they don't want it appearing on their resumes.
These calls are just another example of shareholder funds being used to protect the interests of the incumbents.
At this point, after the letter from the Malian government, I have written this investment off. I only hope we get some form of justice in terms of a full explanation of what actually went on... and if anything illegal happened, that there be consequences.
