I had the call today, and she was very polite.

She introduced herself as being from Computershare.

And at the end, she asked me how I was going to vote.

I was diplomatic and friendly, but sensed a slight disappointment in her voice.

I've only ever known these call-outs to occur after directors have taken an early exit poll and sense possible defeat. The ones who are then convinced of their defeat, usually resign before the vote, not wanting a defeat to be recorded on their resume.
