I honestly don't think having Fraser stay is necessary.
He explicitly said at the AGM they had no idea what was happening with Morilla SA (i.e. complete head in the sand approach which has now come back to bite us).
I'm sure the advisors they have been employing ($2 million spent in the last quarterly) will bring the new directors up to speed. That might also tell us what happened to all the money.
