It's certainly a theory. Maybe you're right. None of us really know.
I just prefer the safer course of any full handover taking at least a month or two.

If the MD of FFX Scott Lowe hasn't been to Mali in the last six months, and hasn't gone this month to negotiate a withdrawal from Morilla then I expect legal action aimed at both he and the current directors Fraser, Hepburn and Gordon for failure to undertake reasonable duties. I'll certainly back that at the appropriate time if warranted.

For now I want a safe course on a transition, not a hissy fit where we break everything then stand around figuring out how to mend it all afterwards.
