Pretty sure their full performance shares vest if we decide to can them by vote unfortunately. Which sucks.
They're getting paid, one way or another and have been since we let those resolutions slide through the original vote.
Seems to me if you are removed by shareholder vote NONE of the performance shares should vest, but hey that might just be me and everyone else not a director thinking that.
