    I also struggled with making a decision like you did. I ended up voting against to remove the existing board but voted for the new board members.

    Voting for the new board members is my protest vote. I believe the support the nominated board members get will demonstrate the support there is to oppose any unwanted corporate transactions.

    There is always time to change votes.
