    Great analysis, the BOD from memory stated that they had legal advice that FFX were not liable for Morila SA debts. Legal advice is always 'challengeable'. Its likely the appointed 'Commission' will consider the liability question.
    The fact that 'someone' has been operating Morila since the FFX walk out has complicated matters. How much money has been made? There appears to be no accounting made available to FFX. Who is the someone?
    Its likely going to settle in due course.
    FFX Services may have been created as a result of the 'Administration' assistance agreement between FFX and LLL. That would be another reason the Mali Government would suspect a formal connection.
    From an 'Aussie' point of view it is obvious that there is no formal control of LLL by FFX.
