    You guys can always engage Lowe as a consultant to the company.

    He can meet via zoom on weekends.

    He was the MD and he would know the day to day running of the company.

    Offer him what the company is paying Brett ($2500 per day for a maximum of 2 days a week) on a 3 to 6 months contract.

    That should cover any continuity issues you may have.
