I am quite willing to conclude - without any additional insights or research required - that the combined African mining prowess contributed over successive years of Alistair Cowden, Michael Anderson, Mark Hepburn, Brendan Borg, Bradley Gordon, Brett Fraser (to name but six FFX directors) has now had an incredibly far reaching impact on mining legislation & international commerce in Mali, likely more than any other miner or Australian business ever has or ever will. To our expense, to LLL holders’ expense, and to the expense of all future investors there. I guess this is what you get for doing a ‘Craig David’ on a military junta who in turn decide to run an audit, replace ministers, disregard Western notions of corporate compartmentalization, and establish a commission.
