    Call me old fashioned, but a deal is a deal.

    They could post any old update however basic.The ASX wont give a monkeys. An update is an update, is an update.

    As for LLL, I doubt they will come out of suspension until Full updates on ALL issues are either resolved or have a confirmed process instigated between the company and Government fully noted.

    The company and Government would need to recognise officially anything for the company to retrade IMO.
