I do agree with you forensic accountants would have been good to find out what really happened. But you need to get over it's never happening. There's no justice in the world? Boo Hoo, you're well past old enough to know that. The Palestinians sure do. Us coming out at break-even here is a pretty soft landing compared to most in the world.

Yes @abu I think that's the most likely outcome from here on. Unless with Leo's situation turning around (likely) attracts a VERY good offer for the slice of Leo we own. Be a nice Gina sized chunk if things are all sorted.

But anyway I think it's far more likely we get a distribution and the company is either wound up or they keep a couple of mill to vend into a new exploration tenement in the eventual hope of utilizing $280 million in tax credits. Nothing to do but wait it out.
