Does FFX have incentive to come to an agreement with the government until the $30 mill is used up in wages, consultancies etc?
Does FFX have incentive to sell the LLL shares when they are out of escrow if Morila negotiations are incomplete?
Does FFX have an incentive to continue negotiations until the LLL cash received is exhausted or somewhat exhausted and then place itself into liquidation/Bankruptcy and Morila discussions are still not complete?
The $30 mill could easily be entirely blown. Drawing full wages is absurb. How much day to day time would be spent in discussions - not much. Probably mainly consultants anyway. The LLL situation is unlikely but possible.
Retailers have no control over this situation at all.
