I'm not sure what LLL's current suspension is about, but in Sept I asked Simon about the rationale for the first one.

"We never anticipated we would be in suspension for over 7 weeks. The customsexonerations happened midway through, and toward the end, the Ganfeng deal needed tobe renegotiated. Throughout all of this, we were in discussions with various Ministriesregarding DSO and other matters. We didn't want to be in suspension for 7 weeks."
