the driver and the mechanic and the gas station attendant and 99.99 of everyone else believe that individuals can be ruled as slaves by others calling themselves government and go along with it in the hopes that one day they can benefit by a government hand-out.
in short, the taxi and everything else is registered to the state and almost everyone goes along with it.
