It appears to me the whole Treadstone process is running out of time.

Christmas is almost upon us, everything closes down over xmas till mid Jan.
Even if they had a proposal to vote on by the end of Jan, given notice of meeting requirements, you're not going to get a meeting till mid March.

3 months after the realistic earliest possible meeting the shares come out of escrow, so why would you bother.
If anything is going to come out of the Treadstone process it will need to happen very soon.
