I am no lawyer , but l have had lawyers take on directors and/or a company on a no fee with a success fee if won , involving a few shares l have own. A couple have eventuated in a payout back to myself - after their commission.

I think the FFX story could be about the worst l have seen , and certainly , together with maybe LLL , my biggest ever loss.

Someone with a few clues , could possibly start something here.
I am sorry l dont have the clue's to start - but someone on HC might know how , and be interested enough to start.

It is such a huge shambles - in a very polite sense.
