Who knows what they will do.
I would prefer that the LLL deal will be enough.
LLL cant walk away, FFX can.
I want the cash and shares distributed in full but .......... who knows what they will do except arxe covering is a certainty.
Form indicates LLL may carry this can on their own.
The FFX BOD would likely avoid admitting fault as this could lead to follow up legals with other connected or interested parties.
If they do make a settlement it would be carefully worded.
Its wait and see.
