First thought was why would they bother restructuring the website?
After giving it some thought, it's a good idea having the website updated in preparation of being delisted from the ASX.
It will be one of the means that shareholders will have to be informed and kept up to date, the other being; feel free to come and have a conversation with us.
re: Fraser's statements from the previous meeting;
~ "been in close conversation and liaison with ALL our shareholders, and been available to our shareholders and we have had conversations with them."
~ "if you wish to contact the Company, if you are not getting a response from whatever platform, please reach out through phone calls"
+ This one has me baffled, personally I have never been able to connect via a phone call, and leaving a message has proved futile as I have never had a return call!
+ Has any shareholders either had the phone answered when calling (cleaner doesn't count) or left a message and had a return call?
~ " we will and have made ourselves available and we will continue to do that, yes we are using Citadel-Magnus as our PR Company who are referring all the correspondence to us. Again, if you are not getting a timely response, our contact numbers are on our website, please reach out and we will respond."
~ "I will take on notice there has been some difficulties in recent communications, we are available to talk to people and feel free to come and have a conversation with us."
I note that in regards to the recently sent correspondence to the Company (1st Letter) that of all the queries/questions the Company were presented with, they have thus far only made comment on the financials but made it clear that they are aware of their reporting and other regulatory requirements.
