They have 3 board members, one of which acts in an executive roll when required, and a consultant general manager of Finance.

Only for the fact that there is 4 of them, they can't be labeled as the Three Stooges

Saying that, if Drissa has been terminated maybe the sale of Morila is imminent?

I'd say that Morila is either gone or about gone which on paper was the company's sole business. If so we are now a shell with decent assets?
