'The Company continues to work with its Auditor, PricewaterhouseCoopers, on finalising the Accounts.
The half-year review and interim accounts together with the annual accounts are expected be
completed during April 2024. Delays have been experienced whilst discussion continues between FFX
and the Government of Mali on the Company’s plan to dispose of its interest in Société de Mine de
Morila SA.'

Due in the next week. Surprising that these negotiations held only as a 'Good will' gesture has delayed the accounts for so long....
