What I wouldn’t do is show complete contempt to shareholders. What I wouldn’t do is lie to shareholders stating Mali has no legal recourse, that discussions are a sign of good will only, then to play the complex & confidentiality cards. What I wouldn’t do is stand up at an AGM all high & mighty, puffing out my chest all whilst acting surprised & in disbelief when shareholders question your integrity & involvement. What I wouldn’t do is go on record, multiple times, stating to all who would listen, that the door is always open & directors always available to then go to ground refusing to answer/address any & all questions or concerns tabled by shareholders.
