No one will do it for free. There are professional Directors for this purpose.

An INDEPENDENT BOD with a wind up success fee is fine IMO.

Cowden, Anderson, Hepburn, Borg, Gordon & Fraser would literally shit themselves if a new Director were to be appointed.

There is so much excuse making for not changing the current BOD. You really have to wonder the motives given the disastrous position FFX finds itself.

If the shit hits the fan at LLL expect massive fallout.
