If 8 cents is added as mid price for Royalty sales in LLL and additional cash may squeeze up to 55c per LLL share. Question though, if LLL shareholders approve this in July and the expectation is funds received in October, what does that mean for us? Even if the ASX actually allow that s-show to trade again how will we get the 17.5% converted to cash to pay us? Surely the option to allocate LLL shares to us and pay any cash portion as a divided isn't still on the table.
I doubt anyone is going to want to buy a bulk shareholding of LLL at market price (unless that is considerably less than 'real' value).
