cap raise will certainly be on their radar with increased prices- especially given the fact the last raise was poorly timed. although the fact the directors have been buying is curious in relation to a near term raise.
the recent press exposure has been a while coming but they are now starting to be differentiated from the noise of many also rans . it should not be underestimated the challenge of what they are doing(ie first in Australia) but they are de risking quickly and the china situation is a golden ticket if they pull it off.
risk increasingly to the upside. already economic in size but the potential exploration target of up to 1.4bn tonnes in a tier 1 jurisdiction containing the heavy rare earths will have a lot of global players sitting up.
