Just last month, in an Announcement AR3 used for the first time the words – ‘of global and multigenerational significance’. Why?
‘Multigenerational’ is a bold claim which no one has questioned here. Maybe it's a big hint. To me, it means that they believe they have something that will serve for several generations. So if that is the case, it is your guess and my guess as to how long a person lives for and how many families we’re talking about here – 20, 40, 100, 200 years?
Furthermore, we are fortunate to be located in a tier1 jurisdiction that is currently using about 60% of its energy is coming from green renewable supply. Sovereign-trusted countries like Australia will be critical to the security of raw materials for a more stable global supply chain and to meet the thematic of government objectives. Especially for the growing markets of dysprosium(Dy) and terbium(Tb) which is almost entirely sourced from China and Myanmar which hard rock sources exChina aren't able to meet cost effectively.
Until someone else in a sovereign-trusted country can confirm an iconic clay resource, it seems to me that, AR3 is it. And since were 100% Aussie owned there is no one else who is capable of providing a big slice of the Nd,Pr,Dy,Tb market and certainly not for ‘multigenerationals’.
This is a long term hold that could likely be a multigenerational divi payer too.
