    Sorry there was one more technical reason I bought besides looking like bottoming. I am no chartist but I know many follow so I watch some numbers. I was looking at 62.8 fib level retrace from it's recent high of 83. So was looking around early 30s for a possible reversal. There is no guarantee of these fib levels but sometimes works. So another reason to take that chance.
