All local clay REE's are a punt.

I personally believe AR3 economics would stack up. However I am also adamant the mine will never get off the ground due to its location.

One cannot ignore there is a time and a place for everything, and the highly fertile, tightly held jurisdiction of the S.E of S.A will never allow this to get off the ground. REE clay deposits are best left to isolated places so you can strip/process store tailings and throw the sludge back where no one cares.

AR3 tenement is the complete opposite of that unfortunately imo.
