Do you think the processed soil when returned is the same a before? The processed clay becomes a filthy sludge. My company has personally worked at the outback rare earth mine Iluka and have seen it first hand. I know they are different methods etc but when you process you create a slurry.

You go by cut and paste info from a speculative micro cap management and I will go reality. Commend management for spinning a yarn to convince farmers. Maybe when they realise it is sludge that is left, not the same nice ground minus elements. Once the greenies catch wind of this proposed development it won't go ahead IMO.
"May" improve soil .. What do you expect them to tell the locals? We are digging all this land up, tailings ponds and chemicals and it may ruin the land? Think about it.
