    Current market cap is much much higher than its peers.

    At current $38mill MC there is a huge slope coming. Fair value would be $25 mill MC or 15c-18c range.

    Intersects are 2-5m thick. Environmental permits like a mining license in a pipe dream. Radioactive by-product storage. Mud slop tailing ponds. Chemical storage.

    No way this is going anywhere in agriculture land in the South East of S.A. Location could scarcely be worse.
