Do we believe that we might be eligible for such financing, given that the federal government chose to fund ARU's Nolan project to the level that it has?

Nolan's will mostly create lighter, lower-value Neodymium and Praseodymium (NdPr) oxide, thus the higher-value Dysprosium (Dy) and Terbium (Tb) material—which can only economically be supplied in bulk by ionic-clay hosted projects—needs to come from someone outside of China and in a secure jurisdiction which there is not much to speak of (none).

The inclusion of Dy and Tb in the supply/demand matrix is necessary to address the effects of global government-driven incentives to decarbonise as well as the necessity for industry to have 'dependable and long-life' products for EVs, wind power, etc., to deal with extreme weather occurrences. Only the low cost structures of ionic clay-hosted rare earths can deliver these materials required. Furthermore, we would only require a small portion of the support funding because we don't have the same expense sources.

There is no NdPr oxide industry without Dy and Tb oxide as well.
