    You know their is a difference between hard rock and Ionic Clays for RE. Hard rock generally have higher grades, require significantly more processing and the capex is over an order of magnitude greater. Ionic clays are generally lower grade, but much simplier to process. They also don't have the radioactive Thorium (which has a half life of 14 billion years) to worry about.
