    This is no accident. AR3 has been under the radar for some time.

    Just last month, AR3 announced it had sent a shippment of mixed rare earth (MRE) carbonate to its offtake partners for testing. (see Ann: 9 March 2023)

    This was a first in Australia to take ~800 kg of material and then simply whipped it up into a carbonate concentrate using off the shelf equipment.

    AR3’s potential ‘offtake’ partners needed to independently confirming the compatibility of the MRE carbonate with their downstream processing techniques.Maybe they liked what they received - hence the Easter weekend celebrations!

    However, to have a real candidate for economically produced rare earth material that can compete with China on costs, is what every OECD country is screaming for.
