I’ve got no doubt, that the nature of separating and processing each particular element within each geological setting will have its challenges and AR3 will be no different. Also, as it was listed on the ASX about 6 months ago, it still has a long way to go compared to other advanced projects.

The fact remains that there are only 4 key REEs (Nd Pr, Dy Tb) that account for approx. 90–95% of total REE sales and these will remain the staple required elements as the Electric Vehicle manufacturing, in particular, exponentially accelerates in the coming years. So, for every project it's essentially extremely hard work to go from proof-of-concept to production and be able to compete with China on costs which has most of the worlds operating ‘Ionic clay hosted’ deposits. Nevertheless, we simply have to try to make as many projects viable as practical. As the world needs Australia and we’re lucky enough to be supported as a ‘sovereign-trusted’ country.

Ultimately, I actually think there is room for everyone in this sector but each project has to stand up on its own.

Early days but AR3 looks like an attractive proposition.
