Add to this the fact they are burning through cash and less than 3 quarters left, they are going to have to do another cap raise, at all time low share prices.
Keep note of the names involved in this company and never invest with anything they are involved with again.
No need for the consolidation, they did it anyway , share price now trading all time lows, and they will need to do a cap raise and dilute holders at new all time lows.
