I agree that there is a high probability for an offtake partner to commit to a substantial portion of the capex. In a few recent presentations, Tim mentioned that he prefers 1 offtake partner "to put plenty of money on the table". In terms of cap raising, imo I see a small raise in Q1 23 to support further exploration and studies which will be tied in with the offtake partner becoming a substantial holder. Raises for the construction of the plant is premature and won't happen for at least 12 months. I think the market is doing a fair job of putting fear in investors, let's not add to it with wild assumptions.
