They're saying that we'll issue 50m more shares to raise $20m. So we'll have around 320m shares on issue. They're predicting a share price of $1.12 and hence a market cap of $358m.

Yet their base case Pioneer Dome NPV is $1,153m.

Sounds like a very, very conservative price target to me.
