I tend to wax lyrical about avoiding Chinese offtake partners, but that doesn’t mean I don’t think any of our spodumene should be processed in China.

I have no issues with EX-China partners who will use Chinese facilities to process our spod, either one partner with the ability to have processing conducted both in and out of China or two partners, one processing in China and one processing outside of China. Pioneer dome is not likely to be a big operation so no more than two offtake partners preferably, a single partnership could be acceptable if pre-payment or finance is part of the package.

I think LTR have selected their partners extremely well and would be happy if ESS could follow a similar strategy with selecting theirs.
