@qwert0 the quote function wouldn’t work for some reason.
It’s a shame yes, but skipping steps in planning opens up higher risk of errors in execution. As long as everything progresses according to plan we should see a good project at the end of it.
I would however like to see some consideration given to long lead time items (for the processing plant etc) after the scoping study is delivered. Management should have a reasonable idea of their needs and this is likely to be one thing which could hold up execution seeing as we can mine almost from surface.
