ESS's chart looks quite bullish as was indicated in the video. It has had a lot of opportunities to breakout but has been unsuccessful to break the 61c mark in the last 6 months., I too believe that it has a low MC compared to its peers but the market is not convinced that it deserves to be re rated. This could be that they don't believe it can increase it's resource base significantly in the short term. This probably was the reason it was dumped heavily on the last announcement which were lackluster results.We may need to wait till DFS announcement to see how this pans out.
