This is nonsense. ESS have adequate funds for the next few months and will get several millions of dollars with the conversion of options this month.
They have announced that they are in advanced negations with off-take partners. They applied for a mining lease in August and expect approval by February next year. We are promised a scoping study early next year and an updated resource next month. All this before any need for a capital raise.
It is clear that the aim is to get necessary funds to get into production from desperate off-take partners. I firmly believe that they will succeed in this strategy.
