    I totally agree with what you say. I have a couple of points to add:

    1. The key is a mining lease. ESS were very astute to apply early for a lease. The bureaucratic delays in the mining area are deplorable. If we had sane government ESS would have a lease now.

    2. The probability is that there will be a lot more spodumene to be discovered at Pioneer Dome and the surrounding leases. It is probable that any plant built by ESS to process lithium ore will be in production for many years. I know that finance people want certainty and love feasibility studies. However, ESS financed and mined caesium without any feasibility study. Everything they have done so far looks to me as if they are at least leaving this route open this time also.
