    I just sent an email to ESS asking about the status of the scoping study. I was a little worried that they may have decided to shelve the study in lieu of the scheme of arrangement. This was the response I received:

    I can confirm that it is still the Board’s current plan to finalise and release the Scoping Study results by the end of January 2023. Totally agreed that this information is needed by shareholders to make an informed decision about the proposed Scheme.
