    What an operational Pioneer Dome could be worth and what ESS is worth with an undeveloped asset are worlds apart.

    I’d be happy enough for ESS to sell anywhere $200-250m plus for the undeveloped assets. The value in ESS was in holding for development/production, management have made clear that they aren’t up to the task however.

    Two weeks ago I had higher expectations for long term value in my holding here, but my faith in management is gone now.
