There is no reason to bid early. That would only be to their detriment. No bidder who genuinely wants an asset wants a bidding war.

FIRB is not likely to be a factor in this - the independent report will be.

Everyone needs to stop panicking about the SP if no offers are successful.

Pretend shareholders will make a big enough song and dance about that unlikely outcome in order to encourage you to foolishly part with your shares cheaply.
