Hi Sujmano, reading thru the LTR forum I think it is going to be difficult for anyone to takeover LTR without a significant premium above what has been offered as they appear to have a very strong shareholder base who seem more than happy to take it to production.

So those making opportunistic bids may be starting to get the message, though not sure the ESS holders are quite so passionate in their support for management to take it to production as the LTR holders.
