The issue is getting there, otherwise my opinion would be different. If we had competent, ambitious management it would be a very solid no vote from me.

NPV is a potential project value once in production. Do we have the management to get us there? I don’t see many people here suggesting we do.

I understand very well the compelling financial metrics of taking this to production, but it won’t be a pleasant process to get there in my opinion. Hence my preference for this to sell prior. Hopefully there is a superior or alternative offer presented, but if one isn’t forthcoming I think that provides a fairly solid indication of what is reasonable.
