I guess I will have to decide what to do based upon what happens up to the vote. I am in at a reasonably low average price, so I feel no great pressure to accept an inferior offer for what is an asset with increasing value whatever one thinks of management.
I think some people with questionable motives are viewing this deal as a deadline to get any value at all back and trying to coerce shareholders to thinking the world will end, and lithium will be virtually worthless if they don't accept this apparently low offer. I have said before I do not think it is anywhere near the right valuation for a shovel ready project. It is quite possible that a failure of this vote may bring out new offers, or that management will pull out their finger and pursue a development deal with backing using government debt financing and offtaker support. That's what I would like to see.
I am not going to be intimidated by all the talk of drop dead dates and collapsing share price if "no deal" when it is patently clear to anyone who has researched the sector that lithium demand is going to grossly exceed supply in the medium to longer term.

DF
