I have been involved in three actions seeking an extraordinary meeting of shareholders in a public company, with an intention to remove some or all directors and elect alternatives, which, I assume, is what you are proposing. I was on the winning side each time.
If you want to succeed in this endeavour, you will need three things:
1. A slate of competent energetic and willing people to replace the incumbents, and they will need to be significantly more capable than those presently in charge.
2. A leader of the movement with similar attributes.
3. A group of people to assist in the endeavour, who are prepared to invest considerable time and money to bring things to a favourable conclusion.
Unless you have all these you will not succeed and should not embark on such a course of action. It will only cause shareholders more pain and loss.
