    I don’t think it’s the bidder making a move to accumulate as this would not help them in the scheme vote. Probably would hurt them, if anything, to mop up shares from individuals happy with 50c. These people would have likely voted yes to the scheme anyway. We will all soon find out one way or another soon enough.
